New hope on the horizon for chronic IBS pain.
I just came across this article which reports a breakthrough in identifying and possible treatment for chronic pain from IBS. My pain is so severe, 24/7, that it’s forcing me to be a “Shut-in.” I don’t know if this will advance to a treatment in my lifetime, but I hope it does…very soon.

Hi stuart, I wanted to thank you for sharing and also just to let you know it's been seen and you've been heard and you are not alone! So many of us with chronic illness suffer in pain because either we can't get it treated or there's nothing the doctors can or will do, it is an epidemic.
